4. Collection and Use of Personal Information. "Personal Information" means information that can identify a specific individual (including those under age 13), such as your name, address, phone number, email address, or other contact information, whether at work or at home. DataCookbook may collect Personal Information when you use certain services on the DataCookbook web site or when you visit cookie-enabled web pages. DataCookbook may also log your IP address when you use the DataCookbook web site. Internet Fraud

We have a Zero Tolerance policy for Internet fraud or any attempt to access or acquire customer and/or other information via illegal or surreptitious means. We work with local, national, and international fraud investigation agencies as required and employ a variety of electronic and other means to discourage, detect, and intercept fraudulent activities. We will aggressively prosecute to the fullest extent of the law those perpetrators apprehended who conduct fraudulent activities.

Email Abuse

We have a Zero Tolerance policy for email abuse. Our email and email list administrators take strong measures to ensure that any and all of our mailing lists are NOT used for abusive purposes.

9. The Nature of Public Messages.
